Check a tracking number — every courier, one place
Not sure which courier your tracking number belongs to? Just paste it. ParcelMY reads the format, identifies the courier and pulls the latest status — no sign-up, no login, free forever.
Where to find your tracking number
- Shopee — open My Purchases → pick the order → 'Shipping Details'. The number starts with SPXMY or MY.
- Lazada — My Orders → 'Track Order'. LEX Malaysia usually uses an MYT or LEX prefix.
- TikTok Shop — Orders → 'View delivery'. Most orders ship with J&T or Ninja Van.
- Counter receipt — the consignment number is printed under the barcode on a Pos Laju or J&T receipt.
How we identify the courier automatically
Every courier uses its own number pattern — a fixed length, a letter prefix, sometimes a trailing check digit. ParcelMY matches your number against all supported patterns, then confirms it against the courier's own system before showing results.
If a number matches more than one courier we try them in parallel and show the one with a real record. When auto-detection fails, a 'choose courier' option appears so you can set it manually.
What the statuses actually mean
- Pending — the number exists but the courier hasn't collected the parcel yet. That's on the seller.
- In transit — the parcel is moving between hubs. Updates typically land every 12–24 hours.
- Out for delivery — a rider has it and it should arrive today.
- Delivered — handed over. Check with neighbours or the guardhouse if you can't see it.
Frequently asked questions

My tracking number isn't found — why?
