1. The service

ParcelMY is a free, no-signup parcel tracking aggregator for Malaysian consumers. We forward tracking numbers you provide to third-party courier APIs and display the results. Data accuracy depends on the underlying courier — ParcelMY makes no independent guarantee of freshness, completeness or correctness of tracking events.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ParcelMY for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
• Scrape, mirror, or automatically query the service at a rate that degrades performance for others.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with security features.
• Enter tracking numbers or content you are not authorised to submit.

3. Intellectual property

The ParcelMY name, logo, design, code and content are the intellectual property of ParcelMY. Courier brand names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site implies endorsement or affiliation.

4. Third-party links

ParcelMY may link to third-party websites. Clicking such links takes you to sites governed by their own terms. ParcelMY is not responsible for the content, offers or availability of any linked site.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. See our Disclaimer for the full text.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParcelMY, its owners and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms; continued use of ParcelMY after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
