This Cookie Policy describes the small text files that ParcelMY and our partners store on your device when you visit parcelmy.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function. ParcelMY stores your language preference (Bahasa Melayu, English or 中文) and your most recent tracking numbers in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from the search box or your browser settings.

2. Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand which pages are popular. These tools do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

3. No advertising cookies

ParcelMY shows no display ads. We do not run Google AdSense or any other ad network, and we set no advertising or ad-personalisation cookies. The service stays free because we earn a small commission when visitors choose to open one of our Shopee partner links. Clicking such a link records only the link position, page path, referrer, browser user agent and a random session id — never your identity.

4. Third-party cookies

When you follow an outbound link to a third-party website (for example Shopee or a courier's own site), that site may set its own cookies on its own domain. ParcelMY has no access to those cookies. Review the linked site's cookie policy for details.

5. How to control cookies
